Online tickets

1. Can I book tickets online?

Current offers can only be booked online. Prices and offers can vary. Please note the information during the ticket purchase.

2. Which payment methods can I use when buying online?

Payment can only be made by credit card, instant bank transfer (Sofortüberweisung) and Giropay.


3. What does it mean when there are no more tickets available online?

In such cases, the allocation may be limited, a reservation may have been made or an event may take place at this time.


4. What do I have to consider when buying tickets online?

To be registered as a guest, please get in touch with the cave entrance at the booked time. This is necessary for logistical reasons. In order to avoid crowds of people in the entrance area, please make sure you arrive on time (not too early, not too late). Please consider the time spent looking for a parking space, going to the toilet and traveling time.


5. What if I cannot arrive on time for the time slot I have booked?

If you do not arrive on time for the tour you have booked, please let us know by calling 039454 – 49132 so that you can save longer waiting times. Without information, a later visit on this day may not be possible and the admission tickets lose their validity.
