An old story says that the proud Snow Queen lives somewhere on earth. She is the ruler of snow and ice.

People say she flies from town to town, looks through the window and then the panes freeze so wonderfully as if they were decorated with flowers. However meets her, his/her heart turns to ice.

When one day her best friend Kay disappears, Gerda sets out to look for him, unaware what an adventure she will face. But through the power of her innocent, endless love and with the help of the new friends she makes along her long journey, she succeeds in advancing the realm of the Snow Queen. Will she manage to free her best friend from the clutches of the cold and eternal ice…?

The Goethe Hall of the Baumanns Cave can be reached via several steps and is not barrier-free.
